Many innovative ideas fail due to the right conditions not being met: sometimes it's a lack of experts, other times it's the right timing, and sometimes it's simply the right infrastructure. In our past experiences, we've often found ourselves unable to use the existing data center for rapid prototyping (for understandable reasons) and our organization also doesn't support a solution in the cloud (AWS/Google, etc.) (for understandable reasons).
